Our Executive leadership team, AKA "The Final Bosses" are elected board members that serve 2 year terms fulfilling a specific role within the organization. The seven directors are tasked with overseeing leagues, online systems, offline meetups, our finances and social media.
Kristin (she/her)Creative Director
Hi, I'm Kristin! I'm the Creative Director with CMSA eSports. I DM for our D&D League and also play cozy titles like Animal Crossing and Pokemon, alongside competitive favorites like Mario Kart and Overcooked. In my free time when I'm not gaming, I love visiting Chicago’s theaters, working on creative design projects, and exploring local board game cafes. My favorite thing is bringing people together, whether that’s around a gaming table, at a live event, or through shared creative ideas. If you want to hang out, you can usually find me in the D&D channels or just shoot me a message on Discord!

Hey there! My name is Code and I manage all of the leagues in CMSA eSports. I also have run the Dead by Daylight league for years now and helped establish our Marvel Rivals league. I am a big gamer and love to be involved with this amazing community! Outside of our leagues, I love playing Sims, Persona, Tomb Raider, Zelda, and too many more. My favorite would probably be Alice Madness Returns, though! You’ll find me chronically online and filled with brain rot, but I’m always happy to be here if you need me!
Zander (he/him)Partnerships Director
Hi, I'm Zander (MrRaccoon13) I'm the Partnerships Director here at CMSA eSports, which includes Conflict Resolution, Community Partnerships, and Event Coordination. I run Book Club (assisted by Ez), co-run the Fortnite League with Banty, and I am a semi-regular participant in the D&D League. Outside of our leagues, I love to play survival games like Don't Starve, goofy games like Lethal Company, strategy games like Portal, and romance hot vampires in Baldur's Gate 3. When I'm not gayming, I like to read, do artsy stuff, and hang out in the city with friends. My favorite place is Kibbitznest and my favorite food is probably potatoes, tacos, or pasta. Hi, I’m Banty, the Vibes Manager for CMSA! I’m pretty much always online, usually gaming. Whether it’s competitive titles like Fortnite and Overwatch, cozy farming sims like Dinkum and Stardew Valley, or any roguelike I can get my hands on, you’ll usually find me at my PC. When I do manage to log off, I love thrifting, (attempting) painting, and hanging out with my two cats, Loki and Percy.
Alec (he/him)Systems Director
As our Systems Director I handle programming the website, managing our Discord and Twitch, and maintaining internal systems for eSports! I am a huge fan of sci-fi (Star Wars, The Expanse, Foundation, etc) and I grew up playing the silliest Halo 3/Reach customs with friends. In 2023, I joined eSports after seeing the CMSA booth at C2E2 and joined the League of Legends league shortly thereafter. After a season I got permission to streamline the leaderboard and by the next LoL season cmsaesports.com was born! Since then, I've been helping other leagues streamline their scorekeeping and couldn't be happier to grow our online community!
Tommy (he/him)Finance Director
Hello! I'm Tommy, and I'm CMSA eSports' Finance Director as well as one of several managers that help to run our League of Legends league. When I'm not crunching the numbers or hitting the rift with pals, I'm reading a fantasy novel, trying to figure out how to pour latte art, or escaping into an action/adventure game like Half-Life, Dark Souls, and Skyrim. RPGs are fun too; I maintain that the best game of all time is Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. I also indulge in tabletop and board games when the opportunities present themselves and am a long-time veteran of D&D. If there's anything I can help you with, I'm only a DM away!
Poggle (he/him)Secretary Director
Joining the team as the Secretary Director, I handle administrative duties like project management, notetaking, and helping the other members of the Board of Directors stay up-to-date on everything that's going on. Professionally, I've worked in Developer Relations, Developer Marketing, and Project Management, including 4 years at Roblox. In my personal life, I'm a Star Wars nerd and a League of Legends addict enthusiast with two cats, Cheddar and Pepper Jack, and a fiancé who has the same name as me.
